Oziva, India's leading clean, plant -based active nutrition brand, is trusted by thousands for their everyday fitness in India. Oziva is known for its wide range of nutrition products for men, women and children.
The main objective of the campaign was to initiate a conversation on PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome), a disorder that causes infertility in women. PCOS affects every 1 in 5 Indian women. 70% of these women go undiagnosed, fighting with skin, hair, weight & hormonal issues due to various reasons and one of them being not enough awareness about the medical condition among women. Women refrain from talking about this health condition even if they are suffering from it due to the social taboo around infertility.
Oziva wanted to spread awareness about the condition and support women suffering from the disorder via their influencer campaign. They wanted to make women understand the situation and feel free to discuss the disorder among their partners, peers, family, or doctors. With this motive in mind, Oziva approached us to put out an idea and an execution plan for the campaign. Through the #MyPCOSStory Campaign OZiva wanted to communicate how it is high time that we women start paying attention to ourselves and their bodies, empower each other to talk about PCOS & follow a healthy lifestyle with good lean, plant-based nutrition.
September being considered as 'PCOS Awareness Month', OZiva in collaboration with Influencer.in came up with a challenge called #MyPCOSStory. 13 influencers participated in this campaign from varying categories to talk about PCOS and make women aware of how it’s not a bane for them. To women thinking that PCOS is the end of their story, this campaign communicated that though it’s a condition that doesn’t have any cure it’s still manageable and having PCOS is okay!
